The University of South Australia approached Fusion to help create and launch their first 100% online university offering, UniSA Online.
I worked in conjunction with their branding and marketing agencies to develop and implement the visual identity for this new venture. It needed to be unique to the online university, whilst still clearly falling under the umbrella of the parent institution. Same-same, but different.
I was chiefly responsible for the platform’s UX and UI design, including homepage, education program pages, news, and a powerful, highly granular search tool.
To help potential students decide on the best path, an intuitive course comparison tool was developed. This provides the ability to easily review and compare different programs across both the Online and traditional campus-based offerings, in a quick and simple way.
As an online-first initiative, great care was taken to ensure all aspects of the project worked just as well on mobile devices and tablets as they did on large desktop screens.
